Abstract
The goal of this project is to develop a system for collaborative road traffic monitoring using drones and AI, validate its application under real traffic conditions, and create a methodology that will be reviewed by the relevant authority. The system will provide real-time analytics and data fusion from multiple camera sources located on drones and/or near the road, enabling the combination of driving dynamics data with vehicle identification. It will thus be fully applicable for both prevention and law enforcement. The solution will be developed in cooperation with the Institute of Forensic Engineering at the Brno University of Technology and will be evaluated by a recognized research facility to specify the operating conditions under which it meets the required accuracy.
This research and development project is a collaboration of DataFromSky and the Brno University of Technology, supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
