We are seeking a technical specialist to support our developed video analytics systems for traffic monitoring and management. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the configuration of detection tasks, network setups, software updates, and integration with other systems. In addition, you will play a crucial role in providing online/on-site training, conducting testing, and preparing documentation for various procedures.

- As a technical expert, provide customer support (either remotely or on-site)
- Assist with the configuration of video-analytics tasks, network settings, and software updates
- Contribute to the creation of application notes and user guides
- Report any issues or problems through our ticketing system
What we value:
- A degree in information/electrical engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably from the traffic management or camera industry
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, and network configuration
- Good communication and collaboration skills – English is a must
- Willingness to travel to local customer locations and occasional international trade shows
- The ability to write simple scripts for customized data processing
